Full Time Administrator/Receptionist

We are looking for another full time colleague, to join our friendly team.

Experience of working in a busy GP surgery, and knowledge of the NHS and SystmOne would be a definite advantage but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate. Working hours will be between 8am and 6.30pm.

Main duties of the job

You will have regular shifts on reception, either mornings from 8am, or afternoons until 6.30. Answering phones, navigating patients appropriately and dealing face to face with patients at the front desk. You will also support the administration team, assisting with referrals, incoming communication and general and varied admin tasks.

You will be IT literate, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.

Job Types: Part-time, Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Depending on experience
